New to handstanding and not sure where to begin? Here’s your at-home guide!
In this workshop-style class, we’ll establish what handstand feels like in our bodies, and the logistics of getting up into the pose. We’ll explore core work on our backs, focused shoulder-mobilizing/activating practices, practices to develop sustainable weight-bearing through the hands, L-Pose at the wall, and more. Expect to stop and start, watching the demonstrations at times and then doing them on your own.
