Play with balance-boosting poses and transitions in this strong hatha class. You’ll begin with a breathing practice and wrist circles in hero pose. Then you’ll move on to plank and down dog variations, sun salutations, pigeon with blocks, dancer pose, standing figure four with an optional flying pigeon pose, and more. Finish in savasana feeling balanced in body and mind.
