This is a kriya (cleansing practice) for the arcline, which is the sixth of the ten light bodies of kundalini yoga.
Class begins with a warm-up and kundalini-style sun salutations. After that you'll begin the kriya, which includes a bear-grip mudra, energizing breath of fire practices (which incorporate different core-strengthening asanas), camel and locust flows that repeat several times each, and a cooling pranayama practice.
You’ll wind down with leg stretches before concluding in a simple seated position.
Be sure to tune in with the Adi Mantra before you begin: Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo.
