This is a kriya (cleansing practice) for the physical body, which is the fifth of the ten light bodies of kundalini yoga.
Class begins with a brief warm-up that includes a kundalini style sun salutation. After that you'll begin the kriya, where you'll practice sufi grinds, a back and core strengthening rock pose flow, a practice called “rising crows,” standing balance work, “stretch pose,” and more.
Conclude the experience relaxing on your back.
