Sequence for the Soul (1st Light Body)

Connect to a sense of inner infinity with this strengthening kriya (cleansing practice) for the soul body—the first of the ten light bodies of kundalini yoga. 

Class begins with gentle warm-ups from seated and then transitions into a more energizing experience that includes breath of fire, strength and balance-boosting standing poses, deep core work, and sat kriya.

The chant for sat kriya is sat nam (true self).
