Class Description

In this meditative class, you’ll practice being an unbiased observer of your inner state as you move through a series of familiar foundational poses. Valerie first guides you through a seated visualization meditation and then weaves images from that practice into the asana sequence that follows. Enjoy this opportunity to really slow down, flow a little, and most importantly, turn your gaze inward to see what habits might be getting in your way.
