Short and Sweet Prenatal Yoga for Hips and Low Back

Class Description

This strengthening prenatal class is designed to increase both stability and ease in the hips and lower back. You'll start standing and remain standing, using a chair for support throughout the entire experience.

Conclude in a simple seat, with one hand on your heart and the other on your belly—acknowledging the connection you have to your beautiful baby.
