Class Description

Get your energy flowing in this whole-body chair practice. After a centering practice and a brief warm-up to open up the shoulders, chest, and hips, you’ll do a slow flow of sun salutes, a chair-supported chair pose to strengthen your abdominals, and a block and bolster-supported forward fold. 

You’ll conclude this feel-good practice with a grounding guided savasana
