Short, Energizing Accessible Chair Yoga

Get your energy flowing in this whole-body chair practice. After a centering practice and a brief warm-up to open up the shoulders, chest, and hips, you’ll do a slow flow of sun salutes. Enjoy a chair-supported chair pose to strengthen your abdominals and a prop-supported forward fold. You’ll conclude this feel-good practice with a grounding guided savasana.
