Shortened Primary Series: Standing Sequence

Class Description

This 30-minute class examines the standing postures of the Ashtanga primary series. Ashtanga is an active practice that includes plenty of sun salutations and balancing poses. This class can serve as a great warm-up for intense or advanced postures.
