Side Body Flow

Move with your breath in this side body flow. The class begins with stretches in virasana and a child’s pose variation. After that, you’ll move through sun salutes, lunge variations, a reverse warrior to side angle to triangle sequence, and more before doing a wind-down sequence and concluding with a brief meditation.
