Simple Yet Effective Back and Shoulders

Backs, shoulders, and necks tend to accumulate tension from daily life. This yin practice targets these key regions of the body (and more!) to help free accumulated stress and feel better in your body. Start with half butterfly variations and then ease into a backbend with melting heart pose. Rest in bow tie to target the backs of your shoulders, and finish with a propped-up version of legs up the wall.
