Sit and Stand Vinyasa

This seated and standing flow class begins in the chair with a brief warm-up for the upper body. After that, you’ll use the chair as a prop for a standing flow that includes sun salutes, dynamic movement from warrior l to warrior lll, and more. Class concludes seated with ankle rolls, hugging stretches, and backbending.
