Sleep Easy

Fall asleep easily and sleep well with the help of this cozy breath-focused sequence. You will practice supine postures that you can do on the floor or in bed, just before going to bed. Have a couple of blankets, a pillow and a bolster (although you can use another pillow instead of the bolster) on hand and enjoy this relaxing experience.
