Slide Into a New You!

Compliment your yoga practice with fun and accessible strengthening drills. Start with wrist stretches to prepare yourself for bearing weight on your hands. Next, using just a blanket, you’ll build strength in your shoulders, cores, and legs. After that, you’ll practice hip-opening and leg-strengthening slides before standing for a balance-boosting practice. If you don’t have a blanket, you can use a towel—also be sure to have a slippery surface available before you begin, such as a hardwood or concrete floor.
