This gentle yin yoga practice, which you’ll do entirely at the wall, is perfect for days when you’re feeling depleted. You’ll practice reclined figure 4, frog pose, and legs up the wall to release tension in your back, hips, and thighs. Play with the variations offered to see what feels best in your body, and soften into presence by releasing all effort.
