Springtime Alignment
Align yourself with the energy of spring by supporting your metabolism and liver. Begin on your left side and stretch your right leg up while working with breath of fire, activating your liver meridian. Move onto a backbend, forward fold, and squats. Leave class feeling the transormative properties of spring!
