Standing Movement

Take a break from your workday with this mostly standing, beginner-friendly class.

You’ll begin with a breathing practice followed by energizing arm movements and tension-relieving shoulder openers. After that, you’ll do hip and ankle movements, using a chair for balance if you want to. You’ll also practice a resistance stretch for your head and neck. Then, at the end, Shari will guide you through a seated relaxation.

Have a small pillow (or cushion) handy for the relaxation at the end of class.
