Standing Vinyasa Flow

Flow with Sue in this vinyasa class focused around strengthening the lower body in standing poses.

You’ll warm up the body with sun salute variations before playing with humble warrior, warrior III, extended side angle, triangle, half moon, and more. You’ll cool down with seated twists and seated forward fold before easing into savasana.
