Class Description

Build strength, balance, and stability in this 12-minute all-levels class. You'll draw energy from the ground up as you practice a variety of standing poses, including warriors I, II, and III, tree pose, chair pose, and mountain pose. 

Finish feeling strong, steady, and grounded.
