Class Description

Over 50 and ready to join the yoga scene? Great, we’d love to have you! Follow along with Beth as she helps you ease into poses assisted with a chair that will strengthen your flexibility, balance, and memory. Although trying something new can make all of us apprehensive, Beth encourages you to “Approach your practice with curiosity rather than criticism.” Get ready to let loose and enjoy!
