In this class that blends yin and yang yoga, you’ll have the opportunity to slowly release muscle tension in held poses and then pick up the pace vinyasa-style in order to energize you for the rest of your day.
You’ll begin with a seated forward fold in a chair and then move to the floor for a deep shoulder and chest opener and lunge variations. After that, you’ll move into yang mode with knee-to-tricep taps, crescent lunges, standing spinal twists, and more.
Conclude in virasana (hero pose) with a short reflection before returning to your day.
