Still Point: Explorations for Cultivating Balance and Calming the Mind

Cultivating day-to-day steadiness in our lives can sometimes feel like attempting to balance on uneven ground. In this practice, you’ll create a steady foundation by stretching and strengthening your feet and lower legs to prepare for tree pose on an uneven surface. (Hint: You’ll use your mat in an untraditional way!)

Get ready for lots of ankle rolling and toe stretches and for lunge work at the wall that will deeply stretch your calves.
