Strength Drills for Pistol Squats

Prep for and practice pistol squats (a strengthening single-leg balance pose) with this short class. You’ll do a calf massage from downward dog, followed by lunge variations, a warrior lll variation, a shin resistance exercise, single leg hops, and more. After that, you’ll move into a dynamic pistol squat sequence. Feel the burn!
