Strength in Motion: Hips, Legs, and Core

In this strength-building class, you’ll focus on building lateral hip stability through a progressive standing series that eventually leads to one-legged balance practices (including warrior III flows while standing on a block). You will only need one block for this practice. Having a wall and a chair handy are optional, but it could be helpful.
