Stress Buster: Legs and Feet

This relaxing, slow-paced class is designed to relieve lower-body tension. You’ll start with legs up the wall to relieve your feet, then move on to simple stretches for your hamstrings, outer legs, inner legs, quads, and hips. Once you’re done, lie back and integrate the effects of practice into a restful savasana.
