Stress-Relieving Evening Practice

Let your props do all the work for you in this end-of-day relaxing practice. You’ll begin with a calming breath practice in a block-supported kneeling pose. After that, you’ll move on to a sweet sequence that includes spine warm-ups, shoulder and hip mobility, and a supported wide-legged forward fold. Rest at the end in savasana where you’ll be invited to release any remaining tension.
