Practice Description

Create space throughout your whole body with this spine-focused practice. You’ll begin with a dandasana (staff pose) variation using a strap. After that, you’ll do a supine spine-tractioning stretch, a challenging resistance-oriented bridge variation, a feel-good foam-roller chest-opener, prone backbends, and more.
