Supine Peak Pose Flow: Reclined Splits
Open your hamstrings and hip flexors in this progressive, stretchy Rasa Yoga practice. (if we want to keep the mention of Rasa yoga?) You’ll begin with the bija mantra “hrim,” which is associated with cosmic energy, earth energy, and the stabilizing power of the heart. Next, you’ll spend the majority of this class in a supine position, working toward supta trivikramasana, or “reclined three stride pose.” Leave feeling more spacious in your lower body.
