Sweat and Glow

Sweat and glow with Aadil through this energizing hatha sequence designed to stretch and strengthen all of the major muscles of the body.

Begin with several rounds of a variation of surya namaskar A, then flow back and forth from seated forward bend to plow pose. From there, Aadil will guide you through a lunge series where you can use blocks to intensify the experience if you wish.  

You’ll wind down with a guided savasana and then conclude seated with hands to heart.
