Sweet and Slow Mind-Body Flow
Relax your body and take care of your mind with this sweet and slow restorative flow.
You’ll begin with a child’s pose flow, cat-cow, and a short hold in down dog. After that, you’ll move on to reclined bound angle pose, a cozy blanket- and block-supported pigeon, and a fire log pose variation (and/or a seated hand to foot pose).
Wind down with guided breathwork in a savasana variation of your choice.
