This gentle and soothing class includes fluid movements to help ease your mind and body. You'll experience a dynamic bridge, twisting poses, thread the needle, a squat variation, "pulsing" through lunge, forward folds, and more. Enjoy soft music to help create an ambiance of relaxation.
