Tempering Anger with Asana

Anger is a powerful emotion that we tend to store in the abdomen. Using the intelligence of the body and breath, we'll meet this emotion with strength by working with the pelvic floor in standing postures, including agni sara. As we learn to loosen its grip, we'll transform anger into purpose by deepening a connection to self.
