You’ll explore a breath-infused sequence that includes foundational poses like warrior I and cobra, and standing poses, like revolved triangle, eagle, bound side angle, and more. You’ll also do a chakra awareness sequence that involves holding a modified shoulderstand while silently “om-ing” to yourself, backbends, seated twists, and a mudra-focused seated meditation.
