The Art of Imperfection

Sometimes it’s hard to remember that we are perfectly imperfect. In this class, you will be encouraged to apply seventy to eighty percent of your effort as you practice, so you can let go of the striving and pushing that can sometimes get in the way. You’ll begin on your back in a blanket-supported heart opener to help you connect with your emotional center. After that, you’ll do several lower-body stretches, including  block-supported lizard variations, a twisted thigh stretch, a hurdler’s stretch for your hamstrings, and more. Enjoy this opportunity to let go.
