The Eastern Side: Releasing the Thighs on the ‘Purva’ Side of the Body

Feel more spacious with this practice that will stretch the front of your chest, hips, and thighs. It includes lunge and pigeon variations, gate pose, and splits that build up to upward facing plank pose. You’ll wind down with a supported bridge series and conclude with a reclined cross legged pose. Notice how you feel in your breath and body afterward.

Props: blocks, blanket, strap
