The Five Prana Vayus

This flowing sequence is designed to bridge your awareness of your subtle body with your physical practice. You’ll begin with kapalabhati breathing and a centering Om followed by cat cow, down dog, a standing forward bend variation, and more. You’ll do a few sun salutations next while visualizing how your energy moves as you breathe. After that comes triangle, warrior II, extended side angle pose, and more standing poses, before a series of backbends and wind-down poses. See if it leaves you feeling more balanced for whatever’s next.
