The Key to Unlocking Locked Knees: An Iyengar-Style Class

In this Iyengar-style class, you’ll learn how to find optimal alignment in order to protect your joints in a few classic straight-legged poses, where there is the potential to hyperextend: staff pose, mountain, triangle, and pyramid.
