Jessica will guide you through the "magic 10"―a sequence of 10 asanas that can be practiced in 10 minutes or less, created by Sharon Gannon of Jivamukti yoga.
You'll practice: downward facing dog, standing forward bend, garland, tee-pee twist, seated half spinal twist, half upward plank, handstand (with a variation option), mountain pose (variation), side bending upward salute, and spinal rolls.
This is a great warm-up for a longer asana or meditation practice or as a stand-alone class.
