Walk away from this practice feeling freer in your hips. This practice highlights poses named in honor of the sages of yoga. You’ll begin with a reclined, hip-focused warm-up before moving on to marichyasana (marichi’s pose) A and C, ardha matsyendrasana (half lord of the fishes pose), bharadvajasana (torso stretch pose), and more. You’ll also learn more about the mythology behind these asanas.
