This is a therapeutic practice for neuropathy—a common side effect of chemotherapy that causes numbness, tingling, and pain that's commonly experienced in the periphery of the body (i.e., hands and feet). Class includes self-massage, stretching, and grip practices for waking up the nerves and increasing circulation in the hands and feet. You'll also do standing balance work using a chair or a wall. Please check in with your doctor before stepping on the mat.
Props: massage balls, chair, blanket, wall/corner (optional)
