Practice Description
This practice for all ages focuses on balance, stability, flexibility, and breath.
You’ll begin with a sequence at the wall that includes foot stretches, balance work, downward dog, and more. After that, you’ll use a chair as support for standing poses before moving down to the floor for wind-down stretches, bridge pose, and a “legs-over-the-chair” savasana.
Enjoy this opportunity to listen to your body every step of the way.
