Transform the Hurt of Shame and Betrayal

Learn to tansform powerful emotions hidden in the “basement of our body” (the pelvic floor) with this short asana sequence. Shari tells us that underneath feelings such as hurt, shame, and betrayal there is grace and sweetness. We'll access where these difficult emotions hide in the body and build the strength and energy we need to release them with the breath.
