Trauma Toolbox: Cross-Patterning
In this therapeutic tutorial and practice, you’ll explore cross crawls*: an asymmetrical movement (which you can do standing or on your hands and knees) that’s used for calming the nervous system, activating motor and sensory integration, and boosting brain development.
*Because cross crawls can enhance right/left brain integration, they can be beneficial to people who have experienced body and/or brain injuries.
