Unlock Your Creative Potential

In this practice for creativity, you’ll focus on making space in your hips and lower back. You’ll do gentle movement and stretching while lying on your back, practice alternate nostril breathing, extend your exhalations as you flow, do kapalabhati (skull shining breath), and more.

Along the way, Rod illuminates the sequence by providing connections between the practices and the creative impulse.
