Upper and Lower Back Release

In this short supine practice, you’ll explore self-massage techniques for upper and lower back release. The muscles you’ll target include the upper trapezius, rhomboids, and the erector spinae. You’ll leave the mat feeling as though you’ve hit the “reset” button!
