Upper Back and Shoulder Relief for New Parents

Developing an ache between your shoulder blades from carrying your baby? This gentle class can help you release tension in your pectoral muscles (the front of your armpit) and your lats and teres (which form the back of your armpit). You’ll practice myofascial release over props followed by a series of stretches to balance the shoulder joint. You’ll also do some strength and release work for your upper back and neck.

If you’ve been feeling the growing pains of being a new parent, try this class and see if it helps.
