Build upper-body strength in this standing flow practice, where you’ll use a wall, chair, and mat to enjoy a series of down dogs, planks, and up dogs. During the mat practice midway through class, you’ll use a bolster for support in chaturanga and up dog. End with a restorative resting pose on your back, feeling strong and centered!
