Vijnanamaya Kosha Yin

Dive into the fourth kosha, or sheath, which is referred to in the yoga tradition as the vijnanamaya (wisdom or intellect) kosha. Using yoga poses to help your exploration, you’ll enjoy a seated forward bend, supported bridge pose, supine whole-body stretches, sphinx pose, and more. Pause between each pose to digest your experience and cultivate a balanced approach to the practice, helping you connect with your highest self.
