This relaxing, slow-flowing practice is perfect to do in the evening. You'll synchronize your breath with each movement and shift into a quiet inner space. You'll also learn two different variations of ujjayi pranayama, one at the beginning of class and one at the end, which focus on slowing down and watching your breath.
