"101" doesn't necessarily mean "easy"! This deconstructed sequence starts out slowly and builds in intensity. It's designed to bridge the gap between a "level 1" and an "all levels" vinyasa class. If you're newer to vinyasa, you'll learn foundational skills for moving confidently through a flow. And if vinyasa is already your go-to practice, you'll get the opportunity to tune up your skills and find even more stability ease on the mat.
